4. Find a fitness centre that includes child care in their membership. This allows you to get in a workout while the kids are being looked after.
5. Take one day in the week to prepare your food for the week. This might be just chopping everything up or for some it may be actually cooking the food for the week. Find what works best for you.
6. Just simply play with your kids. Children have a lot of games that are great for getting in easy exercise. Just be a kid with your kid.
