Mondays often are a challenge for most people. It has become the day that people have decided to make the start of a new diet, workout routine and/or change in life happen. This however can add to an already stressful day. Mondays are the start of a new week, the beginning of that new project at work you've been putting off and don't forget about having to get the kids set for their activities. It has been shown that people who start a new routine on a Monday are more likely to fail as it simply feels too overwhelming. What is suggested then? Start you routine changes later in the week or on the weekend when you don't have to deal with the stresses of a new work week.
